Our Returns Policy

We're confident you'll love our products, but we realise that it's not always easy to make the right purchases online. If you live nearby our Petts Wood store you can come and take a look at any of our products before you buy. 

If you need to return your item you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original unopened packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • We regret that we cannot accept return of earphones due to hygiene reasons

To return or exchange a product, please contact us first to obtain an RMA number, either by telephone, email or messenger. We will give you further instructions on how to send your product back to us. 

Additional Information:

  • Refunds or credit notes can take up to 14 days to process, from the time we receive the returned goods
  • Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage
  • Please ensure your return is posted by registered mail, as we can't be held liable for lost or damaged items
  • You must return the items back to us within 14 days of your request for a refund
